You will be required to provide support to our clients and internal users including and not limited to: fault resolution, loading and configuring software, database updates and User training. You must be customer focussed and have excellent written and verbal communications skills.

The Support Developer must be able to work in a team as well as autonomously and be able to liaise with Client companies and their personnel. Attention to detail is vital as is the need to be thorough.

This role could suit a recent graduate with a placement year and candidates with relevant experience looking to take more hands on responsibility as they move to a 2nd line position.

We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic software developers to join an innovative development team based in West Yorkshire.

The successful candidate will have working experience in at least two of the following areas,

• Java
• J2EE
• EJB
• JSP
• C#
• ASP.NET
• ASP

As well as a technical understanding of TSQL and XML.

In addition, the right candidate will have a professional client facing manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You will be instrumental in the development and support of our client’s business-critical e-commerce systems and the candidate will have excellent analytical and problem solving skills. The position also entails full lifecycle development using a variety of technologies as well as being closely involved in the improvement of project delivery processes.
