Business Development are responsible for the promotion of Claritas to the Corporate Mid Market and the creation of new commercial and operational relationships with customers, vendors and other resellers where applicable. We pride ourselves on our ability to develop long term strategic partnering agreements with key organisations such as Easynet, Checkpoint, Microsoft, IBM, Kelway and Croft to name but a few.

Our aim is to ensure that we are constantly able to take advantage of new and emerging technologies ensuring that we are well positioned to continue the successful delivery of our core services and solutions. By working closely with our partners in a collobrative manner, we ensure that our existing and potential new customers continue to benefit from these relationships.

Ultimately, our purpose is to ensure continued success in meeting the demands and requirements of our customers.

Resultantly, the Claritas Solutions Order Management team ensure the efficient processing of client orders, liaising between all involved parties to guarantee the successful delivery of projects and the meeting of expectations.

The Claritas Accounts Department provide all the expected functions facilitated, as you would expect, by highly efficient business processes and IT systems. However the most important function for this department is our interaction with suppliers and customers. We understand the importance of ensuring that the highest level of service is provided at all times and pride ourselves in achieving this.

A key attribute of Claritas Solutions is how long our customers remain customers. To us, this is a big selling point as it demonstrates our commitment to ensuring we establish close working, long term partnerships with clients.

To ensure that these partnerships flourish, Claritas have established a market leading team of Account Managers whose primary skill is to understand business process and to propose ICT Solutions that are the best possible business, technical and commercial fit.

The Claritas Account Managers act as an important interface with the client and suppliers with an unwavering commitment to finding ways to assist organisations to gain competitive advantage.

Information Technology is a fast moving environment with many areas of speciality and emerging technologies. It is only possible for the very largest of organisations to keep fully up to date.

The Claritas Solutions Technical Department assist a wide range of organisations by supplementing their internal capabilities from our extensive knowledge base, distributed across our highly accredited team.

On a practical level, the services we deliver are:

  • Help Desk Support – email and telephone support
  • Engineers – to deal with on-site fault resolution and installations
  • Consultants – Where detailed expertise is required for issue resolution and solution design

The entire team work to ensure that services are provided at all times required including 24x7 and within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)

This particular department within Claritas plays a critical role in assisting organisations in the selection and development of mission critical systems.
