Claritas Solutions Acquires Software Solutions Provider March::Engenus
Claritas Solutions announces the acquisition of innovative software solutions provider, March::Engenus.
Over a period of 20 years, March::Engenus developed a strong reputation and credentials in the delivery of mission critical applications.
A mutually beneficial relationship was forged between Claritas and March::Engenus 4 years ago. Through this partnership, Customers were provided with access to a supply route for ‘complete’ business enhancing solutions.
As the synergy between Claritas growth plans and the relationship with March::Engenus developed, the resultant acquisition became a natural progression.
March::Engenus worked together with Claritas Solutions on a large number of major projects and the acquisition represented the best solution for our mutual customers. I have been happy to accept a place on the Claritas board with its strategic and exciting expansion plans.
