Malmaison Dares to be Different and awards Claritas £1M IT Contract

Claritas Solutions Ltd, has been contracted by Malmaison and Hotel Du Vin to design, deliver and support a new data network with a current contract to the value in excess of £1M. It will provide connectivity for all the 24 hotels within the award winning group and or its datacentres, used to host critical third party systems. Vital internet connectivity for guest services are also provided.

This new network replaces two separate IT carriers, providing significant operational and commercial benefits to the Group.

Malmaison and Hotel Du Vin has an ongoing requirement to give the very best service to its 820,000 annual guests. It’s extensive IT network has to support and enable a high quality of service for its customers.

For the hotel group it was critical to work with an organisation at a true partnering level, allowing for support to be ongoing and for longer term business requirements. The decision to work with Claritas ensured that ongoing tactical and strategic objectives were met.

In addition to the provision of the Network, Claritas has also designed and implemented a dual datacentre solution which facilitates the hosting of the web sites. The service provided ensures that the critical websites are available 24/7.
