New appointments on Cloud Nine at Claritas

Claritas Solutions Ltd. has created nine new jobs at its Bramham head office to support the increased demand from businesses for its complete, tailor made IT systems.

The new appointments comprise a senior developer, service delivery manager, a technical support consultant, an application test analyst, two graduate systems developers, sales support and customer services, and an accounts assistant.

Brian Murray, Financial Director, Claritas Solutions Ltd., said: “We have strengthen our service team to ensure our growing customer base, both in Yorkshire and Nationally, is fully protected and supported.  We have increased capacity within the crucial area of development which will ensure we provide clients’ solutions way ahead of the competition

They are:
Leeds man Stuart McIntosh, is appointed as Senior Developer from an enviable background gained from international companies to include Nat West Bank, GE Capital and Equifax working on the Tata account.  He brings experience at a senior development level.

Service Delivery Manager Dave Quintana has gained more than 23 years experience in the IT industry, working as support engineer at Digital Equipment, Siemens Nixdorf, Dell, HP, Intel and Compaq. He was Technical Support Manager at both Hogg Robinson and Jacobs Engineering and since moving from the south of England eight years ago Dave has run his own computer business in Harrogate.

Technical Support Consultant Dwayne Barker has an extensive service background and is an experienced customer facing IT and Telecommunications engineer. He joins Claritas from Avaya, formally Nortel Networks, where he specialised in VoIP, Networking Infrastructure and IT Security.

Application Test Analyst Vaishali Pant starts her UK career with the Claritas team following two years experience in the IT sector in India.   She holds diploma qualifications in Software Technologies, System Management and QA Software Testing.

Degree Graduates, Basharat Syed and Arya Pallempati, will be applying recent advanced IT knowledge and experience to their first roles as Software Developers.

Laura Prince is appointed as Sales Support to the team having worked previously for Rocom, the telecoms distributor within the network services team. Having worked for a number of Claritas’ suppliers she is well qualified to quickly pick up the reins on many of its IT products.

New for Customers Services, Angela Horsfall has experience derived from her time as an insurance  claims negotiator, and later for law firms, specialising in negotiating settlements on clients’ personal injury claims against insurance companies.

Accounts Assistant, Helen Reid has a total of 12 years purchase ledger experience and since moving to Yorkshire ten years ago, has worked for Smith & Nephew and Bayford Oil.
