All of the above, plus:

- Unlimited on-site network support
- Unlimited remote support for individual user
- Unlimited on-site support for individual user
- Hardware cover for individual user items
- Labour and parts cover for PC’s, laptops and tablets.
PREMIUM PLUS
Everything included in our Premium Package, plus:
- End user support service
- Network administration tasks.
AD HOC SUPPORT
Affordable, non-contracted pay as you go support, billed at an hourly rate. A perfect way to overcome periods of high demand.
